Turbiscan MA 2000 是用于分析浓缩液体体系的初始不稳定现象 （粒子移动/粒子粒径变化） 的仪器
可用于乳化液、悬浮液和泡沫的分析，且无须稀释:

该仪器采用多重光散射原理，该测量原理允许测量高浓度浓缩体系而无需稀释。
该仪器包括一个可以沿着平底圆柱型样品池移动并对整个样品高度进行扫描的读取探头，阅读探头由一个由一个脉冲式的近红外光源 （波长850 nm 和两个同步的检测器组成:
- 透射光检测器是用于研究透明清澈的产品的.
- 背散射光检测器是用于研究浓缩后的产品. （ 位于光源135°的地方）
读取探头收集透射光和背散射光的数据, 在最大高度80mm长度上每40 µm –微米收集一次.得到的图形在浓度上和粒子直径上表征了产品的均匀性. 用一个可编程序编辑其测量次数, 然后使沿着产品不断重复扫描以得到的数据收集, 从而得到一张表征产品的稳定性或不稳定特征的产品足迹（指纹印）的覆盖图.

型号： AGS 面议Gelling can be obtained through two main mechanisms: creation of a network due to a reticulation of polymers (it is the case for gelatin) or aggregation of particles (it is the case in yogurt). In the cosmetics industry it is commonly used to get various textures.
Foams can be assimilated to gas in liquid emulsions. They are very unstable products and their life span does not exceed the few minutes of its application. In the case of shaving foams, the breaking of the product has to be sufficiently slow to enable a good protection of the skin during the shaving process. Therefore the kinetics of breaking is a fundamental parameter for the formulator. However, this characterization is very difficult to perform due to the fragility of the system. With using the Turbiscan LAb it is possible to study the kinetics of breaking of such products.
The nature and the quality of a constituent in a formulation may have repercussions on its stability. The formulators need to test the stability of their emulsions, suspensions and foams with different types of raw materials.
