当压力降低时，溶剂的沸点也随着降低。当压力降到一定程度时，在比较低的温度条件下，溶剂便可以沸腾蒸发。为了避免样品的蒸发和交叉污染，采用高速离心旋转技术，保证样品处于样品管中不会喷出。
