Introduction

The 16S/18S/ITS rDNA sequence contains variable region and conserved region. The sequence of 16S rDNA variable region varies with bacteria, and the degree of variation is closely related to the phylogeny of bacteria. By extracting DNA from environmental samples, amplifying and detecting one or more regions, we can understand the classification and abundance of bacteria in environmental samples.
