氧化铝粉末安息角测定仪

标准：

GB/T6609.24-2004《氧化铝化学分析方法和物理性能测定方法：安息角的测定》设计制造。用于测定自然流动状态下粉体的安息角。

技术资料：

1、不锈钢漏斗:内经74mm，下料口内经6mm，两档板间装有孔径为1mm的筛网。此漏斗被紧固在支架上。

2、电镀钢底板：底板由钢制成或大理石、不锈钢等耐腐蚀的材料制成，最小尺寸为：宽200mm、长270mm、厚18mm。在抛光电镀的底板上表面上刻有四条互成45。角的直线。正好在漏斗处的中心部分有1个固定高度量规的定位销，底板下面有3个可调水平的支脚。

Technical Information:

测定步骤

试料：在300℃士25℃（ 氢氧化铝在120℃左右） 保温2h后冷却。 测定时要求温度22℃士40℃5.2

Measurement procedure

Sample: Keep it at 300℃±25℃ (about 120℃ for aluminum hydroxide) and then cool down. The temperature required for measurement is 22℃±40℃5.2

测定：

1.借助水平仪， 调节底板上的三个支脚，使装置呈水平状态。

2.用高度量规调节漏斗下料口刚好与高度量规平面接触，在此位置用螺丝固定好漏 斗，并移去高度量规。

3.把氧化铝试料从大约40 mm高处加人到漏斗中心，不得振动实验装置。控制下料量为 2 0 g / mi n-60 g / mi n，供料应尽量均匀连续。筛网被堵时，可用软毛刷轻轻地扫一下，注意不得振动实 验装置。当试料锥体顶部到达漏斗出口时，停止加人氧化铝.将锥体底部圆周的八条半径划在底板上,移去氧化铝,测量出径向辐射方向上已标记的四条直径.

Determination:

1. With the help of a spirit level, adjust the three feet on the bottom plate to make the device level.

2. Use a height gauge to adjust the hopper's discharge opening just in contact with the height gauge plane. Fix the funnel with screws at this position and remove the height gauge.

3. Add the alumina sample to the center of the funnel from a height of about 40 mm, without vibrating the experimental device. The feeding volume is controlled at 20 g/min-60 g/min, and the feeding should be as uniform and continuous as possible. When the screen is blocked, it can be swept gently with a soft brush, taking care not to vibrate the test device. When the top of the sample cone reaches the exit of the funnel, stop adding alumina. Mark the eight radii of the bottom circumference of the cone on the bottom plate, remove the alumina, and measure the four diameters marked in the radial radiation direction.
