一、概述：Brief introduction

FY2E系列射频电容液位计利用先进的射频电容检测技术;辅以工业级范围测量系统温度漂移补偿技术,单段物(液)相介质介电常数变化自动补偿技术制作而成,它是专为工业环境下气(汽)相介质组成相对稳定,但物(液)相介质介电常数变化较大的溶性介质液位、料位，物位测控场合设计制作。利用物（液）位变化与其对测量探极产生的电容变化之间的关系，将检测的电容变化经测量系统温度漂移补偿，物（液）相介质介电常数变化补偿后通过专用模式系统软件运算处理，输出与物位变化成正比的两线制4-20mADC的标准信号，可与任何4-20mADC输入的指示仪，记录仪，调节仪及DCS系统等仪表配接，实现显示，调节及控制。The radio-frequency capacitive fluid level gauge in FY2E series is made with the advanced radio-frequency capacitive detection technology, supplemented with the industrial-level range measuring system temperature drift compensation technology and single substance (fluid) phase medium dielectric constant change automatic compensation technology, it’s designed specifically for the circumstances where the detection and control on the fluid level, material position and substance place which their substance (fluid) phase medium composition is relative stable but with quite sharp variety with its substance (fluid) phase dielectric constant under the industrial environment. By utilizing the relationship between the changes of substance (fluid) level and the corresponding capacitive changes on the measurement probe caused by it, the product can treat the measured capacitive change with the measurement system temperature drift compensation and the substance (fluid) phase medium dielectric constant change compensation, and process them through the dedicated mode system software operation, to output the 2-line system standard signals in 4~20mA which is proportional with the substance level changes; it can be adapted with any instruments such as indicator with 4~20mA input, recorder, accommodometer and DCS system etc, to realize the indication, adjustment and control accordingly.

1.实用性强，按键设置，一键校准，任意两点标定,操作极其简单。It has the strong practicability with key configuration and one-key correction, calibration at any two points; its operation is remarkably simple; 

2.采用数字软件滤波技术，不受气量和液位摆动的影响，既能快速跟踪瞬态变化，又能显示液位的平均效应，显示稳定准确。By using the digital software filter technique, it shall not be affected by the gas amount and fluid level fluctuation, can both make the fast tracking on switching transients and displaying the average effect of fluid level with stable and accurate indication;  

3.智能型液位仪在18-24V的电压均可正常工作，满足任何型号的安全栅。The intelligent fluid level gauge can work under the voltage from 18 -24V generally, accommodate to the guard grating in any models.

4.采用软硬件抗干扰和纠错技术，在非防爆场所亦无需隔离，直接入网，降低了电路复杂性，减少成本。By adopting the anti-interference and error correction technologies with software and hardware, it shall not need to be isolated in the non-explosion-proof site and can be directly connected, reducing the complexity of circuit and cost;
