Introduction/仪器概述

HTHP Stirred Fluid Loss Tester is designed according to API Spec 10, is more suitable for measuring fluid loss property for a mixer unit in it.

高温高压动态失水仪是严格按照美国石油学会（API）规范10的要求进行设计制造的，由于动态失水仪内装有搅拌装置，动态失水仪更适于高温高压条件下浆体失水性能的测量仪器。

Configurations/主要配置

a.       Control Assembly consists of control circuit, temperature controller, thermocouple for collecting temperature and a cooling jacket for cooling slurry cylinder。

1） 控制总成 包括：

控制电路；

温度控制器（英国）；

采集温度的热电偶。

装有一个冷却水套管，用以冷却试验浆筒

b.      Slurry cup assembly consists of stainless slurry cup resisting HTHP for holding sample, and mixing slurry cylinder can mix slurry at the speed of HTHP.

2)    浆杯总成，包括：

l  盛放样品的耐高温高压的不锈钢浆杯；

l  搅拌浆筒可在很高加温加压速度情况下，搅拌水泥浆
