• The heart of this system is ultra compact nanosecond laser NL200 from EKSPLA, Ltd. System can be operated at three diferent wavelenghts providing >0.9 mJ pulse energy at 1064 nm with pulse duration up to 7ns. Position syncronized laser output (PSO) technology integrated into laser micromachining software SCAensures direct communication between high precision Physik Instrumente piezo-motor-driven positioning stages and nanosecond laser unit.  Each single laser shot occurs at particular desired place when using PSO technology.

  Customized solutions: 

• Nd:YVO4 either nanosecond or a picosecond laser

• Automatic or manual switching of up to 3 harmonics

• Precise X-Y positioning stages with custom travel

• Laptop type computer for system control
