Technique
The tester measures residual stress by using non contact lasers to precisely determine radius of curvature of the sample. The platform offers a wide choice of lasers dependent on accuracy and application. Multiple lasers can be accommodated on same platform.
3D imaging
Automatic Xy stage and vision software allows to create 3d imaging of the scanned sample.
Environment option
Temperature and humidity chambers allows to measure calculate effect of temperature on stress of film.
