The TR300 robot standard version is composed of :
- 1 frames into shaped aluminium, external dimensions 70 x 720 x 987 (LxPxH). The order is
integrated in the lower part. The careenage and the roof are composed of stainless sheets.
The panes are out of PVC transparent on all the circumference.
- 1 optical light barrier for the security of the operator.
- 1 Working table of aluminium, dimensions 300 × 300 mm.
- 1 Unit of 3 or 4 numerical axes, strokes X=300mm, Y=300mm, Z=100 er R=350°, actuated
through stepper motor. Mass of Z axes compensated by spring. Detectors of limit switches
on all axis.
- Pneumatical compensation of the mass (Z axis).
- 1 soldering or dispensing head according to application. Description in the specific
operating instructions.
- 1 Electronical control with transformer primary current 230V/50 Hz, alimentation 24 VDC,
amplifier of stepper motors. PC 667 MHz with 128 MB RAM memory and harddisk.
Input/output card, A/D card 2 channels. Servo-amplifier card max. 16 VAC for the motor of
the wire-feed. Ventilation inside. Switch for on/off operating. Control switches, emergency
shutdown.
- 1 screen TFT 15" and keyboard with trackball incorporated on the screen support, as
well as a second numerical keyboard Keypad.
- 1 Complete air treatment unit. Alimentation dry air 5-6 bar.
- 1 Operating software working under Windows.
