产品简介:SL-SM系列微波超声联合反应系统产品由超声波、 微波技术协同作用，具有超声和微波功率可调、可定时、温度等可控功能。适用于快速、高效、可控合成药物、有机化合物、无机化合物及纳米材料，具有化学选择性高、产物结晶度高、对无机、高分子聚合、金属纳米材料产品粒径非常均匀，而且可以有效克服有机物参与下的化学反应进行长时间反应产生的炭化现象等特点。通过本技术方案，可以使反应速度比单一微波或超声波催化方法加快许多倍，同时提高反应产率和选择性，使过去许多难以发生或速度很慢的化学反应或物理过程变得容易实现和高速完成。该设备包括超声波装置，微波装置，循环冷水机、升降装置、冷凝回流装置。超声波装置包括超声探头、超声波换能器、超声波电源、超声温度控制显示器、超声时间控制显示器、超声功率控制显示器；微波装置包括磁控管、波导、微波温度控制显示器、微波时间控制显示器、微波功率控制显示器；循环冷水机装置包括温度控制显示器（最低工作温度(-80℃)、时间显示控制器，循环泵；冷凝装置包括回流式冷凝器、三角瓶、玻璃导管、密封塞及循环保温材料。

●反应釜可选配真空泵抽走水分、可做超低温微波真空干燥或其他需排走水蒸气或其他反应气体的液相反应实验；
●可选配温度（或压力）控制并带磁力搅拌的聚四氟乙烯消解罐（水热合成反应釜）；
●反应容器可选配带有独特设计的通冷水装置功能：可控制温度：-40~500℃，世界首创；
可有效控制因微波发射生产的高温，使微波的使用率达到100%，使反应物质在设定的反应条件下得到最大限度的微波作用，保证反应产物的均一性和高产率；
●参数控制部分采用高灵敏触摸屏操作，所有参数可编程式控制，五组实验数据储存；
●带有10寸超薄、超高清、多功能液晶大屏幕显示，实时显示样品工作状态；
●采用高精度非接触式红外测温，实时检测反应温度，准确控制反应进程温度；控制范围：0~500℃，控温精度：≤±1℃；
●采用独有的变频式鼓风散热功能，使腔体内温度保持均匀；
