The XA 3Y series of analytical balances features a new 5,7” TFT colourful touch screen display.
Its design opens new possibility in the scope of balance operation and presentation of measurement result.
The XA 3Y series enables detailed parameter selection through freely modifiable user profiles. The balance comes standard with an internal automatic adjustment system using a built-in mass standard.
The level is monitored by the LevelSENSING system which applies a dedicated and RADWAG patented electronic level.
A new feature of the XA 3Y series is online monitoring of ambient conditions using built-in sensors or an external ambient conditions module THB 2 series.
The balance with readability d= 0,01 mg optionally comes with an openwork pan that limits the impact of ambient conditions onto the measurement result. The design of the weighing chamber enables fast and easy disassembling of its glass parts thus ensuring clean weighing area and sterility.
The interactive formula making mode implemented in the XA 3Y series and supported by the databases, guarantees speed and reliability while preparing mixtures. The differential weighing mode aids mass control of the same sample undergoing different processes over time. Extended databases enable a user to keep records from all carried out measurements and additionally print and export data. A newly implemented pipette calibration mode supported by a dedicated adapter forms an ergonomic tool for calibrating and checking of piston pipettes using a gravimetric measuring method.
Due to standard and custom printout formats a user can design and document practically any process in accordance with the requirements of GLP/GMP methods.

	Czech notified body according to directive 90/384/EEC - NAWI and 2004/22/WE - MID. It performs test certificates for prototypes of RADWAG weighing instruments and issues EC Certificate of Type Compatibility. CMI has performed certification of RADWAG quality management system for compatibility with directive 90/384/EEC and 2004/22/WE.

	German notified body according to directive 93/42/EEC and for evaluation of quality management system of manufacturers of medical instruments. TUV Rheinland has certified RADWAG for compatibility with directive 93/42/EEC; attachment V and norm EN ISO 13485:2003.

	Notified body according to directive 94/9/EC - ATEX and for quality management system of manufactureres who produce equipment for operation in explosive zones. It performs complete tests of prototypes for operation in explosive zones and issues Test Certificate Type EC. RADWAG has received an Announcement on Quality Assurance from Main Mining Institute in Poland.

Measuring Laboratory of Radwag has been created and selected as an independent body in the structure of Radwag company. In 2004, Radwag Measuring Laboratory was granted accreditation from Polish Centre for Accreditation (AP 069), akcnowledging its competence and conformity of Quality Management Systems with the requirements of the International Standard - PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
