储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 Exendin 4 is a 39 amino acid peptide found in venom from the Gila monster Helicoderma suspectum. It is a member of the glucagon secretin family of peptide hormones and neuropeptides. Exendin 4 is a potent agonist of the GLP1 receptor and hence a potent stimulator of insulin secretion.
Exendin-4是从希拉毒蜥唾液中分离的一种多肽激素,由39个氨基酸残基组成,与胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)有53%的同源性。Exendin-4具有高度的组织特异性,仅在希拉毒蜥的唾液腺中表达, 具有促进葡萄糖依赖性的胰岛素分泌、促进β细胞增殖、减慢胃排空、抑制食物摄取和减轻体重等作用。
肠促胰岛素类似物（exendin-4，Ex-4）是从美洲一种毒蜥的唾液中分泌的胰升糖素样肽-1（glucagon-like peptide-1，GLP-1）类似物，它具有促进胰腺胰岛素的分泌、增加胰岛素敏感性及改善胰岛细胞功能的作用，且不被二肽基肽酶Ⅳ（DPP-Ⅳ）分解，血浆半衰期较长，因而在人类，对糖尿病治疗应用来说是稳定、长效的有治疗前景的药物。
