保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the natriuretic peptide family. Natriuretic peptides are implicated in the control of extracellular fluid volume and electrolyte homeostasis. This protein is synthesized as a large precursor (containing a signal peptide), which is processed to release a peptide from the N-terminus with similarity to vasoactive peptide, cardiodilatin, and another peptide from the C-terminus with natriuretic-diuretic activity. Mutations in this gene have been associated with atrial fibrillation familial type 6. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2009].
心钠素（心房利尿钠肽）：心钠素主要是由心房分泌的一种含有28个氨基酸并由二硫键结合的一环形肽分子，具有强大的利钠、利尿、扩血管等作用。使血管舒张，外周阻力降低；使每博输出量变少，心率减慢；肾排水排钠增多；导致体内细胞外液量减少。
心钠素主要来源于心肌纤维，但脑、肾、肺、肾上腺等器官、组织也能表达，但产生及分泌的方式有一定差异。
