Hexagon集团并购美国软件供应商Intergraph（鹰图）公司

　　2010 年7月6日, Hexagon 集团与总部位于美国的软件供应商Intergraph(鹰图)公司就并购达成协议。完成交易需满足一些特定条件，包括取得来自相关的行业竞争主管当局，以及CFIUS (美国外商投资委员会)的官方许可。现并购已于2010年10月28日周四最终完成，在无现金无债务的基础上，Hexagon以21.25亿美金的现金购买价格并购了Intergraph。

　　On 6 July 2010, Hexagon AB entered into an agreement to acquire the US-based software provider Intergraph Corporation. Completion of the transaction was subject to certain conditions, including clearance from the relevant competent competition authorities and CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States). The acquisition was completed on Thursday 28 October 2010 when Hexagon payed a cash purchase price of 2 125 MUSD for Intergraph on a cash and debt free basis.
