Bridgman炉系统HBS用于高温(1900°C)和高压(100 bar氩气)应用
高压Bridgman系统HBS是一种电阻加热的高温Bridgman型晶体生长炉，适用于生长室内压力高达100 bar。
环境:氩气，压力可达100bar
多个独立的温度区域，最高可达1900°C(标准配置:2个区域)
腔室尺寸根据客户规格(标准直径:40mm)
一个重要的特点是易于扩展的设计的炉，它允许定制定制的结构和规格，根据个人需要。在标准配置中，垂直管由两个电阻加热装置加热。这些元件的温度可以在室温到1900°C的范围内独立设置。加热元件位于冷压管内。这种设置的主要优点是压力管的使用寿命长。
Bridgman炉配有直线和旋转驱动系统，实现精确的旋转和平移运动。驱动系统是一个磁耦合的，完全封装的馈通结构，其工作精确，独立于施加的压力。
样品安装时，可将拉动传动轴移动到较低的位置(出腔)，在此位置可将样品安装并移回腔内。整个系统采用PLC控制，通过专门开发的软件，可以在27英寸触摸屏上通过舒适的GUI轻松操作。
为了运行机器，实验室需要以下设施:
100bar供气工艺气体(氩气)
排风系统用于过程和系统气体
230 V, 20 A，三相交流，50/60Hz的电源
冷却水系统。20°C，压力4-5 bar, 10升/分钟
