抗体洗脱问题探讨：

抗体组目前采用的是低pH洗脱方法，对黑色素瘤相关抗原B3抗体说，这个方法应该可以洗脱掉纯大部分抗体，但是有时候出现了一些顽固抗体很难洗脱，大家可以考虑其它的洗脱方法，beads说明书上提到了五大类办法，我觉得比较可靠的方法只有两类，一是改变pH，二是改变离子浓度，另外几种办法要么会带入有机试剂，要么会带入氨基，所以不太适用。改变pH的办法除了用低pH，还可以考虑用高pH来洗脱，好像没多少人尝试过这种办法，在确实没有办法的时候推荐尝试一下。
