脑特异性血管生成抑制蛋白1抗体保存条件    Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

BAI 1 protein is likely to be a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis in brain and may play a significant role as a mediator of the p53 signal in suppression of glioblastoma. It may function in cell adhesion and signal transduction in the brain. Reduced or no expression is observed in some glioblastoma cell lines and cancer tissues.

Function:
Phosphatidylserine receptor that enhances the engulfment of apoptotic cells. Likely to be a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis in brain and may play a significant role as a mediator of the p53 signal in suppression of glioblastoma. May function in cell adhesion and signal transduction in the brain.
