保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

形态发生紊乱关联激活因子1抗体产品介绍 DAAM1 (Dishevelled associated activator of morphogenesis 1) is a diaphanous-related formin which binds to dishevelled (Dvl) and Rho, and mediates Wnt-induced Dvl-Rho complex assembly. It is an essential component of noncanonical Wnt signaling. DAAM1 also communicates with Rho GTPases, CIP4 and Src in the regulation of the signalling pathways that co-ordinate the dynamics of the actin filament system. DAAM1 may be a coordinator of endocytosis and cytoskeletal remodeling.

Function : Binds to disheveled (Dvl) and Rho, and mediates Wnt-induced Dvl-Rho complex formation. May play a role as a scaffolding protein to recruit Rho-GDP and Rho-GEF, thereby enhancing Rho-GTP formation. Can direct nucleation and elongation of new actin filaments.

Subunit : Homodimer. Interacts with CIP4, FNBP1 and FNBP1L. Interacts with the SH3 domains of Abl, BTK, endophilin, spectrin and SRC. Binds specifically to GTP-bound CDC42 and RHOA.

Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Note=Perinuclear.
