保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

防御素β1/Defensin β1抗体产品介绍 Defensins form a family of microbicidal and cytotoxic peptides made by neutrophils. Members of the defensin family are highly similar in protein sequence. This gene encodes defensin, beta 1, an antimicrobial peptide implicated in the resistance of epithelial surfaces to microbial colonization. This gene maps in close proximity to defensin family member, defensin, alpha 1 and has been implicated in the pathogenesis of cystic fibrosis. The mature form of Beta defensin 1 is 36 amino acids.

Function : Has bactericidal activity.

Subcellular Location : Secreted.

Tissue Specificity : Plasma.

Similarity : Belongs to the beta-defensin family.

防御素在动物体中广泛分布的，目前已知的α－防御素有6种，研究人员从动物体的肾脏、气管、鼻粘膜与唾液中也发现了两种β防御素，在许多器官的上皮细胞与非上皮组织的细胞中发现了β－防御素。防御素的表达与病原体的入侵是紧密相关。

【存储要求】连续使用时4°C存储，保质期六个月；防御素β1/Defensin β1抗体期存储时建议分装为10ul以上小包装-20°C存储，并避免反复冻融，保质期一年。
