保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

MAP激酶激活死亡域蛋白4C抗体产品介绍 DENND4C is a 1,673 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein. DENND4C contains a dDENN domain, DENN domain, uDENN domain and a PPR (pentatricopeptide) repeat. As a result of alternative splicing, six DENND4C isoforms exist. The gene encoding DENND4C maps to human chromosome 9, which houses over 900 genes and comprises nearly 4% of the human genome. Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, which is characterized by harmful vascular defects, and Familial dysautonomia, are both associated with chromosome 9. Notably, chromosome 9 encompasses the largest interferon family gene cluster.

Function : Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) activating RAB10. Promotes the exchange of GDP to GTP, converting inactive GDP-bound RAB10 into its active GTP-bound form. Thereby, stimulates SLC2A4/GLUT4 glucose transporter-enriched vesicles delivery to the plasma membrane in response to insulin.

Subcellular Location : Cytoplasmic vesicle membrane. Cell membrane. Cytoplasm, cytosol. Note=Associates with SLC2A4/GLUT4 storage vesicles.
