保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

着丝粒相关蛋白DSN1抗体产品介绍 This gene encodes a kinetochore protein that functions aspart of the minichromosome instability-12 centromere complex. Theencoded protein is required for proper kinetochore assembly andprogression through the cell cycle. Alternative splicing results inmultiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2009].

Function : Part of the MIS12 complex which is required for normalchromosome alignment and segregation and kinetochore formationduring mitosis.

Subunit : Component of the MIS12 complex composed of MIS12, DSN1,NSL1 and PMF1. Also interacts with CASC5, CBX3 and CBX5.

Subcellular Location : Nucleus. Chromosome, centromere,kinetochore.
