保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

纤维状肌动蛋白抗体产品介绍 Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility and are ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells .G-Actin (globular actin) with bound ATP can polymerise to form F-Actin (Filamentious Actin). Actin monomers spiral ariound the axis of the filament similar to a double helix. F-Actin may also undergo a process called treadmilling, in which filament length remains constant and actin monomers add at one end and dissociated at the other.

Function : F-actin-capping proteins bind in a Ca(2+)-independent manner to the fast growing ends of actin filaments (barbed end) thereby blocking the exchange of subunits at these ends. Unlike other capping proteins (such as gelsolin and severin), these proteins do not sever actin filaments.

Subunit : Heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. Interacts with S100A (By similarity). Component of the WASH complex, composed of F-actin-capping protein subunit alpha (CAPZA1, CAPZA2 or CAPZA3), F-actin-capping protein subunit beta (CAPZB), WASH (WASH1, WASH2P, WASH3P, WASH4P, WASH5P or WASH6P), FAM21 (FAM21A, FAM21B or FAM21C), KIAA1033, KIAA0196 and CCDC53. Interacts with S100B.

抗原结合活性：一般说来，纯化方法不会引起抗原结合活性的改变。用蛋白G或蛋白A树脂很少导致抗体活性丧失。然而，如果最终抗体产物的作用不如原来所预料的好，检测抗体纯化过程所丢失的活性就极为重要。用一系列滴定法比较纯化的抗体和其原材料的活性，以标定每一步中的总抗体量，这将有助于较好的估计通过纯化所丢失的活性。
