Many cell-based research studies require the counting of cells prior to beginning an experiment. This allows standardization of cell concentration between samples, minimizing error and variation in downstream results. 答:CELLnTEC是一个Kit,包含500ml的基础培养基(4ºC,避光保存),一包补充物干粉(-20ºC保存)。当补充物加入基础培养基中,需4ºC避光保存。不能冷冻保存基础培养基或补充培养基,因为这样可能会导致一些蛋白不可逆的凝固。
