测量电极在质子电解质中气体特性的测量模块

ECC-Air气体组分测量模块采用的是模块化的设计，致力于电极在质子电解质中气体扩散的电化学表征,如锂空气电池。扩散型电极是与上面的多孔不锈钢集电器(板)接触，并通过它来“呼吸”的。多孔板上方的池体内气体是通过端口与电池连通。整个设计中包括一个参比电极。

·         高精度,18毫米直径堆叠式几何设计,同心度优于0.1毫米

·         电极上的机械压力均匀可调整并可重复

·         使用PE垫圈的可靠的低泄漏密封件

·         电解质填充在组装简单、可靠

·         快速组装和拆卸电池组件,容易清洁

·         对于事后分析,很容易查看电极内部

·         除PE 密封圈外其它池组件可重用的

·         电解液的体积最小0.1毫升,最大的减小了死体积

·         与非质子或有机电解质接触材料是不锈钢和PEEK
