Profile/Plus是由美国Technidyne公司设计生产的成品纸自动测试系统，测试项目包括：白度、色差、不透明度、PPS印刷粗糙度、透气度/粗糙度、光泽度、厚度、纸张纸板基重、纤维配向和抗张强度、撕裂度 等等。此测试系统由PC软件控制。并采集大量数据产生即时的报告，用于统计、分析、传递或打印。取横幅纸样测试时，操作者根据菜单提示，其操作界面极易使用。

The calender is sheet fed and has one heated steel roll and one polymer roll for super or soft calendering. The width of the polymer roll is 300 mm and the diameter is 250 mm, the heated steel roll diameter is 200 mm. The polymer roll can easily be exchanged for several different types of rolls as paper filled or steel.

Check that the hydraulic motor rotates in the right direction when starting the hydraulic unit for the first time after connecting to a new (previously not used) power supply. The calender is designed for 3~400 VAC + Grounding (L1, L2, L3 and PE). If a special power supply is requested, check the connection with the manufacturer(see electrical drawings). Replace the transportation bolt on the motor gear box with the plastic air plug.
