Application:   用途
-          Hardening furnaces are used especially for hardening, annealing and preheating of a metal charge before armouring, under oxidizing atmosphere. The furnaces with semi-gastight version with retort (see. the datasheet the semi- gastight version of the furnaces), can be used for the heat treatment of the charge below a partially shielding gas. In glass industry they can be used for preheating of moulds.
-          淬火炉是专门为在氧化气氛中淬火、退火和预热而设计。半密封的炉子可以在部分保护气体下运行，在玻璃工业，淬火炉可以对模具进行预热。
 
Description of the construction of the furnace:   主要结构描述
-          frame construction covered with metal plate,
-          框架结构，固定独立的箱体
-          loading sill of furnace 900 mm
-          装载台面离地面为900mm
-          furnace insulated with light-weight bricks
-          炉子用轻质砖保温
-          heating spirals on ceramic tubes on the side walls and in grooves at furnace bottom
-          炉子采用5面加热系统，电热丝被缠绕在陶瓷管上，并被安装在各个部位
-          door equipped with safety terminal switch
-          门上设有安全开关终端
-          electrical installation on back side of furnace
-          电力装置被安装在炉子的背面
-          controller INDUSTRY allows saving of 30 control programs in the internal controller memory, each program can consist of up to 15 steps, operator may start the select program on a preset date and time thanks to the installed real time clock.
-          控制器可以储存30个程序，每个程序最多可以设置15个步骤，时钟功能，定时开关。该控制器可以满足任何复杂工艺
