ISR Flip界面剪切流变仪的研究范围:

界面流变学控制的应用领域,包括:

·       生物系统,如肺表面活性物质和油脂层等,其功能主要基于它们在应力作用下在界面上的流动。

·       乳液和泡沫等稳定性对其功能至关重要的领域,液-液界面的粘弹性可以预测胶体体系的稳定性,胶束/液滴融合和分裂很大程度上取决于其界面粘弹性。

·       食品、化妆品、生物物理学、制药、石油和天然气等应用领域,其中界面分子对系统性能都有重大影响。

Langmuir 单分子层薄膜的结构研究,包括:

·       相转变,因为薄膜的粘弹性受到单分子层微观结构的强烈影响。

·       实时交联等表面反应,因为分子大小和形状的变化通常对其流变特性有显著影响。

·       团聚和吸附,因为它们通常会改变薄膜的粘弹性。

选择KSV NIMA ISR Flip界面剪切流变仪的三个理由:

超高灵敏度的检测方法
轻巧的磁性探针在测试过程中能最小化仪器与探针的相互作用,实现高灵敏度测试。

对探针的完全控制
即使在长时间的实验或在单分子层薄膜扩散等实验中,磁阱也能够保证磁针的定位。磁阱的强度可以通过调整磁阱位置,靠近或者远离磁针来精确控制。这一控制模式也能够对单一探针施加更宽的模量和频率范围。

拓展实验可能性
ISR Flip界面剪切流变仪支持上下摄像头位置切换,以适应更多的测试目的。通过与Langmuir槽结合可以实现对薄膜组装密度的控制。同一个测试槽可以用于气-液界面或者液-液界面测试。

 

ISR Flip界面剪切流变仪技术参数


测试原理:

KSV NIMA ISR Flip 界面剪切流变仪可用于研究薄膜的界面粘弹性。该方法基于剪切形变,测试的完成借助于一个磁性探针,在磁阱的驱动下,磁针在气-液界面或者液-液界面振荡,同时一个具有高分辨率的相机会记录下磁针的运动,从而计算得到薄膜的粘弹性特性。


产品种类:

ISR Flip 界面剪切流变仪可以配备 ISR Flip 高压缩槽或低容积槽。 ISR Flip高压缩槽可以在进行ISR测试的同时控制薄膜的堆积密度,而低容积槽更适合于样品珍贵、样品量有限或者需要减少亚相体积的场景。

由于集成了高度灵敏的 Wilhelmy天平,这两种槽体都可以测量薄膜表面压。 ISR Flip高压缩槽和低容积槽体都分为上下部分,可用于研究气-液或液-液界面的薄膜粘弹性。

ISR Flip界面剪切流变仪的设计可轻松注入样品以进行实时化学相互作用研究。例如,低容积槽在槽体的每一端都有一个注入口,以便在亚相中轻松加入材料(例如蛋白质、酶),并在测量时允许逐渐更换亚相。

ISR Flip界面剪切流变仪配件


为了使得ISR Flip具有尽可能多的测试可能性,我们配备了一些兼容ISR Flip的附加模块。


低容积槽
一体成型无孔特氟龙烧结而成的低容积槽体,槽体容积低至4.7 毫升,用于样品量有限的研究。该槽体适用于气-液界面和液-液界面研究。


ISR Flip探针
ISR Flip 探针有两种尺寸可选:大号和小号。 该套装包含 2 个重量为 5-10 毫克(小号)的玻璃毛细管或 2 个重量为 15-20 毫克(大号)的毛细管。 玻璃表面涂有硅烷以增加疏水性。


KSV NIMA防尘防风柜
当无法达到理想的洁净室环境或无法避免空气扰动导致问题的情况下,可选择将您的仪器放置在我们的一个防尘防风柜中以达到理想的环境条件。


大型主动防震系统
