Alkaline Phosphatase(ALPI)Antibody(Center)
Cat.#: T0318
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Clone ID: polyclonal
Swiss Prot: P09923
Mol Weight: 57kDa
Size: 100ug
Description
There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The intestinal alkaline phosphatase gene encodes a digestive brush-border enzyme. This enzyme is upregulated during small intestinal epithelial cell differentiation.
Recommended Applications
WB, ELISA
Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors
WB: 1:50~100
ELISA: 1:1,000
Species Reactivity
Human
Products Data
Western blot analysis of ALPI Antibody (Center) in HL60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ALPI (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).
Specificity
This ALPI antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 499~528 amino acids from the Center region of human ALPI.
Storage Condition and Buffer
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Names
