Cells Suede Material Measuring Ellipsometer

SC610R ellipsometer is a specially designed instrument for
the measurement of
the optical properties of the micro-structure
samples. It combines photovoltaic
technology with ellipsometry to measure suede and glossy
samples. The instrument
uses a special design of optoelectronic
measurement techniques to improve the sensitivity
of the weakly
reflecting samples. In addition, it
uses a specialized
dual optical path collimation system to
solve the accurate measurements difficulty of a single crystal
pyramid structure samples. The characteristics of high measurement accuracy and easy to use of the instrument can be used for the refractive index and thickness measurement of a variety of suede materials,
including solar photovoltaic
cells, metallurgy, chemical industry, electroplating and other
