仪器简介：
The MicroProbe staining system simplifies standard chemical staining, immunostaining, and in situ hybridization; use it to save time dewaxing, dehydrating/hydrating, and performing protein digestion, probe hybridization, and counterstaining steps in typical protocols. 
Staining Station features eight reagent buckets with removable lids. Fill to the 20-mL level for capillary action staining or to the 100-mL level for dipping slides. Removable locator tray retains four plastic holders that accept reagent isolators or absorbent pads. 
Slide Holder Assembly lets you move 10 pairs of slides between the staining station and incubator. This patented holder has a lightweight, chemical resistant plastic handle with numbered positions and indexing bump. Clips on underside secure slide pairs in a vertical position. 
ProbeOn Plus Slides are enhanced for superior tissue adherence to eliminate the need for water bath additives or polylysine pretreatment. All slides easily accommodate 5-mm thick control and sample sections. 
Isolon ®  Reagent Isolators hold reagents in proper alignment for contact with capillary gaps of slide pairs in the holder. Available with three wells that contain milliliter volumes or with 30 wells for microliter volumes of antibodies or DNA probes. Made of silicone rubber; reuseable. 
MicroProbe Incubator heats from 86 to 230°F (30 to 110°C) in less than ten minutes. An internal fan expedites cooling. The top of the slide holder completely covers the opening of the anodized aluminum incubation chamber to maintain desired temperature and humidity. The incubator control panel simplifies mode changes. Program up to three temperature settings in 0.5°C increments. The nonvolatile memory retains temperature settings when incubator is turned off.
