资料摘要:
In order to achieve a comprehensive characterization of
porous materials a combination of different
experimental techniques is necessary. This is illustrated
by applying a number of different measuring
techniques including gas sorption,, mercury
porosimetry, scanning electronic microscopy , laser
diffraction, and pycnometry to a well-defined, porous
ceramic TiO2 material (Sachtopore [1,2]) designed for
chromatography by Sachtleben Chemie GmbH
(Germany). These porous TiO2 materials are intended
for use in both, analytical and preparatory applications,
and can be synthesized with different particle sizes (3,
5, 10, 20, and 40 m) and (controlled) pore sizes ( 6 to
200 nm).
