Misura® FLEX-ODLT is the result of more than twenty
years of research and development: it allows to get
a more complete characterization of the evaluated
materials, carrying out thermo-mechanical analyses
with dilatometrical resolution, without contact with
the sample and over the softening point, and allows to
identify automatically:
bending due to pyroplastic deformation;
speed and onset of pyroplastic deformation;
coupling temperature determination on coupled
materials;
qualitative determination of the residual stress level
between two layers;
bending due to differences in thermal expansion
between two layers of multi-layer materials;
bending of a green material due to absorption of
water at room temperature;
coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE/ COE);
Alpha (α) and cubical Alpha value;
Delta (Δ) L/L0;
glass transition temperatures (Tg);
dilatometrical softening point (Ts);
sintering, expansion, shrinkage curve.
