2016年4月11日-12日，美国Pion年度PAMPA/FLUX用户会议将在Pion美国总部马塞诸塞州的比尔里卡举办。届时，来自全球的制药企业将共聚一堂，体验并分享PAMPA/FLUX为药物研究带来的前所未有的高效率。

本次会议是一年一度的PAMPA/FLUX用户会议，本期在美国Pion总部马塞诸塞州的比尔里卡举办，上海凯来作为美国Pion全线产品中国区总代理应邀参会并参加培训。随着中国制药市场的发展，中国医药公司比过去任何时候都更加专注于创新和研发，明年的PAMPA/FLUX用户会议有望在中国上海举办。

口General background of membrane permeability: partitioning, diffusion and permeability equations.

口Practical aspects of permeability determination in cell-based and artificial membranes. Why we do not

measure membrane permeability in most cases.

口Differences between PAMPA membranes. Using Double-Sink? PAMPA results in simple models and

for prediction of passive transport in vivo.

口Lab demonstration of PAMPA Assay: robotic versus manual (if requested).

口Proper planning of PAMPA experiment: from one condition to everything into choosing the best

conditions prior to the experiments. Usage of prediction software to choose the assay conditions. Show

examples, when ahead planning helps in obtaining best quality data. Interactive practice.

口Development of Skin PAMPA for Fast Prediction of Skin Penetration. Practical aspects of using the

model for solutions, creams and patches. Lab demonstration of Skin PAMPA applications.

口Extending use of PAMPA to the later stage drug development. Lab demo of μFLUX apparatus.

2:00 – 4:30 Konstantin Tsinman, Balint Sinko

口Analysis of different data sets. How to recognize bad data and to recover decent results even from

imperfect data sets. Highlighting the software features (saving blanks, updating excel files based on

individual refinement, saving averaged results in the Excel, etc.)

口Interactive analysis of the data sets. Discussion on the strategy how to get best results. Calculation of

intrinsic permeability data. Calculation of membrane permeability in the pH regions overshadowed by

unstirred water layer. Calculation of Flux for formulation assays.

4:30 – 5:00 All – Questions/answers, round table discussions and more lab practice if needed.
