Model 145-100是一款通用型板材成型试验机，具有1000KN的拉伸力和1000KN的压边力，是ERICHSEN所有板材成型试验机里功能最强大的一款设备。专为现代的测试机构和研究中心，应用于新型材料和高强钢的研究设计。
电液压驱动板材成型试验机，强大的冲裁力和压边力，使得试样直径可高达220mm。可适用于确定FLC(Nakajima、Marciniak)和鼓出试验的流量曲线。数显拉伸力、压边力、拉伸速度和拉伸位移。
液压提升测试头为用户提供了高度的操作安全，也为嵌入更多的工具提供了便利。
拉伸速度、压边力的无级可调和负荷独立控制采用比例阀技术。可通过手动和/或电脑（安装MES软件）保证最佳的测试结果，且易于操作。
通用型板材成型试验机可根据用户的要求装配和定制。其它附件可选配，如用于温度高达550 °C的深拉杯试验的设备。该款设备还可选配其它附件满足特殊试验要求，如深拉方杯试验、LDH（极限拱高）试验、扩孔试验（符合ISO 16630标准）等等。
该试验机已经应用于高强度钢的研究，为材料研究领域提供可靠的新发现。

The Universal Sheet Metal Testing Machine, Model 145-100, with a drawing force of 1000 kN
and a blank holder force of also 1000 kN, is the most powerful universal sheet metal testing machine in the product range of ERICHSEN, Hemer. It was designed for research and development of novel materials and high-tensile steels in modern testing institutes and development centres.
This electro-hydraulic driven Sheet Metal Testing Machine, including increased blanking- and blankholder forces for specimen diameters up to 220 mm, suitable to carry out tests in accordance with Nakajima, Marciniak as well as Bulge Tests for the determination of flow curves, is provided with digital displays of the drawing- and blank holder force, the drawing speed and punch stroke.
The hydraulic lifting of the test head offers a high degree of operational safety for the user and facilitates inserting the wide range of tools.
The infinitely variable, load independent control of the drawing speed and the blankholder force, using proportional valve technique, manually and/or via a PC with the corresponding user software (MES) guarantees optimum test results and ease of use.
The Universal Sheet Metal Testing Machine can be equipped and tailored to suit customers’ requirements. Additional facilities, e. g. for deep drawing cup tests at increased temperatures up to 550 °C, are optionally available. The machine can also be equipped with accessories for special tests like e. g. deep drawing square cup test, LDH test, bore expanding test in accordance with ISO 16630 etc.
The machine is already used for the development of high-strength steels and provides reliable new findings in the realm of material research.
