BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Responsible for sales & office admin daily support, with highly reliable and good experience on communication and data anlysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

- Co-wok with sales team to complete the whole process from pipeline to orders
-Tender documents prepare and related status tracking
- Tracking order payment and duty-free status
- Data analysis and reporting support to sales leaders
- Other related analysis job to support sales team
- Office administration daily support, including but not limited to answer phone call, expense claim, meeting room / stationery / pantry goods booking, office activity support
- Local office tax & industrial and commercial administration support
- Others requirement job


REQUIREMENT AND EDUCATION:

- Excellent communication and team work skill
- Good at data analysis and related software, excel/word/Power point
- Basic English listening and writing skill
- Better to have SFDC and SAP experience


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
10% for meeting and vendor visit.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position functions in a general office environment.
