职位描述
主要职责
• Identify semiconductor future market trends and translate them into MT business growth opportunities.
洞察半导体未来市场趋势并将其转化为 MT 业务增长机会
• Collaborate closely with division heads/Marketing/Sales/KA and operation, systematically coordinate, and execute projects and support to deliver expected business value.
与部门负责人/营销/销售/KA 和运营密切合作,系统地协调和执行项目并协助交付预期的业务价值
• Manage relationships with semiconductor strategic customers and develop a deep understanding of their organization, technical requirement, and long-term business strategies.
通过客户关系的日常建立与维护,进一步了解客户的需求及发展长期战略合作关系
• Convey the advantages of the company's products, find out various scenarios for the company's products applications and discover opportunities, and even help customers use our products to solve their real problems.
传达公司产品优势,更要找出能应用公司产品的各种场景以及挖掘新应用机会,甚至协助客户运用我司产品解决其真切问题
• Develop thorough understanding of target KA using relevant tool to discover more opportunities (e.g., TBS tool, KA Mapping, KA Profile Overview, KA Scorecard, and Penetration Plan)
使用MT大客户管理相关工具(例如 TBS工具,KA mappping、KA 概览、KA 渗透计划等)深入了解目标 KA,为MT挖掘行业客户机会
任职资格
• Master’s degree or above in electric engineering or semiconductor process, with more than 6 years of experience in semiconductor wet process, marketing or sales experience preferred, MBA would be plus.
电子电机或半导体制程类专业硕士及以上学历,至少6年以上半导体湿制程相关经验,有市场、销售经历和MBA尤佳
• Have basic knowledge of semiconductor value chain, especially in wafer Fab, semiconductor material and chemicals’ customers, and relevant IC market, working experience in TSMC, SMIC would be preferred.
熟悉晶圆制造和半导体材料、化学品行业客户,以及终端芯片市场,拥有TSMC, SMIC等知名半导体企业工作经验优先
• Good communication and presentation skills, strong organization with good coordination skills.
优秀的沟通和演示技巧,组织协调能力佳
• Strong PC Skills (MS Office Applications - especially PPT & Excel Macro function and Statistical skills etc.)
掌握相应的办公软件技能,尤其是PPT及Excel
