职位描述
岗位职责:
1) 拓展IKA产品在指定区域的市场;
2) 负责筛选新的潜在客户并将其转化为机会(如通过400热线、网络研讨会、微信, CRM系统等)
3) 制定并执行销售方案, 定期向销售总监汇报工作;
4) 收集和分析客户需求和市场信息;
5) 为客户提供售前和应用咨询,满足客户需求,以确定潜在的商业机会;
6) 持续达到/超过销售业绩目标,能够准确预测业务/有效管理渠道;
7) 与相关同事合作,为客户提供售前和售后支持;
8) 为客户提供基本的产品操作培训、服务;
9) 解决小范围和复杂性的问题。
1) Expand IKA's market share in the assigned territories;
2) Responsible for screening and converting new Leads to Opportunities (Such as through 400 hotline, Webinar, WeChat, CRM and etc.
3) Make and carry out sales plans and report on regular basis to Sales director;
4) Collect and analyze customer needs and market information ;
5) Provide pre-sales and application consultancy to customers. Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities;
6) Consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals. Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively;
7) Cooperate with responsible colleagues to support customers before and after-sales;
8) Offer basic product operation training, service to customers ;
9) Solves problems of minimal scope and complexity.
任职要求:
1) 生物相关专业毕业,大专以上学历;
2) 2年以上实验室仪器销售经验;
3) 良好的电话销售能力;
4) 良好的学习能力,沟通能力及团队合作精神;
5) 自信、能够自我激励、目标导向能力强、信守承诺;
6) 优秀的独立工作能力;
7) 乐于面对挑战,善于解决问题;
8) 具有创新、“肯做”和团队合作精神;
9) 流利的中文和/或英文。
1) College or above degree in a Biology related major;
2) Minimum 2 years sales experience with laboratory products;
3) Good communication skills via telephone;
4) Proven capabilities of learning, communication and collaboration;
5) Self-confident, self-motivated, target-oriented and committed;
6) Willing and able to work independently;
7) Problem solving abilities and customer focus;
8) Creative and show CAN-DO attitude;
9) Fluent Mandarin and English.
