职位描述
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for defining marketing strategy
- As representative of SPG UV, translate SBU's product strategies into local relevant teams
- Understand the trend of market via manage MKT surveys allowing to understand market's trends
- Reveal customer demand, willingness to pay and value chain
- Identify the impacts of the trends for MT UV Business
- Define and choose local profitable business strategy
• Define business plan for new products by collaborating with SBU and local teams
- Identify customer needs and target potential market
- New product specific offers based on the understanding of customer needs
- Structure business resource
- Manage the launch activities
• Responsible for monitoring and correcting the execution of marketing strategy
- Lead marketing activities for relevant products such as Seminar, advertisement…
- Measured by sales revenue and product C1%, pricing management of relevant products. Have to be the goalkeepers for large discounts
- Work with dealer management team and define channel strategies for UV business
- Support marketing activities from regional sales and segment marketing team
• Responsible for product quality control and feedback to QMS and SBU without delay
Qualifications
• Education
- Master degree
- Chemical/Pharma/Biopharma is preferred
• Working years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing function is mandatory
- Worked in a multinational corporation is preferred
• Professional skill
- Fluent English language is also a requirement
- Good communication skills
- Strong project management and process control experience
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Planning and organizing
- Decision-making
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results.
- Conflict management & Stress tolerance
