职位描述
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for product management, including product launch, pricing, phase-out, optimization, and quality improvement etc
• Develop product features, advantages ,benefits and evidences to generate sales tools according to different segments and applications
• Define and implement the product strategy by clearly understanding of market demands,
• Proactively monitor competitive landscape including market share, pricing, Go to Market (GTM), product positioning, competitive response events, etc
• Build privileged relationship and works closely with KOLs/Key Accounts to market education and to do radiation
• Connect MO with PO actively and delivery the local voice to help optimize the product portfolio
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure sales growth and strength the product position
Qualifications
• Education
- Master degree or above, Material science ,Chemical or related majors
• Working experience
- More than 2 years experience related to product & marketing
- Overseas study or multinational company working experience is highly preferred
• Professional skill
- Good communication, coordination and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently to take initiative and to drive results
- Strong analysis and presentation skills and the ability to draw actionable conclusions, delivery business plan and tactics
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
