职位描述
Responsible for all selling efforts to all levels of clients.
Build and maintain relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
Continuously enter up-to-date information into the CRM database in order to provide a
sound basis for activity planning.
Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the company in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.
Supply information on market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to management and marketing.
Coordinate and support product installations and customer operational training in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
• At least 3 years' working experience in selling similar industrial products.
b) Education
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Optics and related major.
c) Language
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
• 40%

• Good communication skills and team work spirit.
• Quick learning capability of technique.
• Distributor management experience is highly preferred.
• Good optical knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and initiative in working independently.
