Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities
• Achieve budgeted level of order intake by product range, within agreed mandate for pricing and for terms & conditions
• Develop customer interest in Nanoscience products by discussions, presentations, and site visits.
• Develop sales funnel reflecting healthy distribution in stages
• Respond in a timely and competent manner to product enquiries and issue price quotations in the defined territory.
• Follow business processes for quoting, tender preparation and contracting and due diligence checks for agents/distributors when applicable
• Track, guide, and support prospects, either directly or via agents/distributors throughout the funding and order cycles.
• Use CRM as primary tool to manage opportunity\prospect\lead pipelines, and as integral parts, record key customer communications and documentations in CRM (to ensure the business can extract a comprehensive picture from those records) and maintain data accuracy & quality.
• Stay tuned for market trend, and report regularly on market intelligence and competition landscape collected in daily sales activities
• Thrive to maximize exposure to customers for building/maintaining/developing relationships, in different touchpoints such as mkt events, sales/service visits, installations
• Deliver life-cycle customer satisfactions, by (i) working closely with service, applications and marketing functions; (ii) exercising best practice for sales behaviours e.g. articulating clearly on scope of quote, T&C and examine understandings
• Continue to enrich products and applications knowledge, as well as enhance/improve soft sales skills
• Conduct business compliant with ethic and legitimate requirements
• Keep line manager informed about key sales progresses on timely basis; provide weekly report on business activities

- 使用CRM作为主要工具来管理机会/前景/线索管道,并作为不可或缺的部分,在CRM中记录关键的客户沟通和文件(以确保企业可以从这些记录中提取一个全面的画面),并保持数据的准确性和质量。
- 保持对市场趋势的关注,定期报告在日常销售活动中收集到的市场情报和竞争状况。
- 在不同的接触点,如市场活动、销售/服务访问、安装,努力最大限度地接触客户,建立/维护/发展关系。
- 通过:(1)与服务、应用和营销职能部门紧密合作;(2)行使销售行为的良好实践,例如,清楚地阐述报价范围、条款和条件以及审查理解,来实现客户的生命周期满意。
- 继续充实产品和应用知识,并提高/改善软性销售技能
- 开展符合道德规范和合法要求的业务
- 及时向部门经理通报关键的销售进展情况;提供每周业务活动报告

1、Education / Qualifications:
• University degree in physics, or other relevant technical subject. Master preferred
- 物理、机械、机电、自动化或其他相关技术学科专业
2、Professional Skills/ Abilities:
• Strong learning ability
• Prior experience in high value technical sales is considered an advantage
• Mandarin is required as mainly working language
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong communications skills
