职位描述
Responsibility Measure of performance
Responsible for sales and application for all life science products.
Build and maintain relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify Customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
Continuously enter up-to-date information into the iCRM database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.
Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the direct supervisor in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.
Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and Marketing.
Conduct product installations and customer operational training including trouble shooting in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
• With no less than 3 years working experience in selling instrument in life science industry; imaging and microscopy knowledge is highly preferred.
b) Education
• University graduated or higher degree in Life science / Biology / Medicine or equivalent.
c) Language
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
• 50%
