Position Summary:

A highly motivated application engineer with experience in Oligonucleotide, biopharma for our pre- and post-sales support, as well as marketing efforts for Life Science mass spectrometry (Orbitrap product lines; QQQ product lines...)

Key Responsibilities:
The individual in this position is responsible for the technical support for a wide variety of products (Orbitraps/ion trap/LCQQQ) related functions for LSMS product line including pre-sales technical presentation, demo samples analysis, post-sales troubleshooting and technical support in customer site, marketing activities, et.al;

Drive Oligonucleotide/biopharma business growth by providing value proposition to customer, identifying key portfolio improvement points, exploring potential opportunities, developing fit-for-use application solutions and building up KOLs as well as regulation maker collaboration.
Build customer allegiance by providing high-quality application and product technical support for sales and customers to help lead generation and increase case win-rate.
Organize effective sales training to improve sales/dealers competency.
Work cooperatively across function to achieve shared objective of CMD.
Produce and publish application notes in support of local and global mass spectrometry business.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Master or above majored in Analytical Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, proteomics or Mass Spectrometry related, PhD with hands on LC-MS techniques for large molecule application is highly preferred
At least two years of technical applications/method development experience directly related to the LSMS product line is required. Experience in Thermo LSMS platform is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
