职责描述：
General
1. Research support on New application development and new market to support sales activities
2. Perform demonstrations, sample test, and provide application report to potential customers
3. Assist in knowledge transfer by training customers and partners when required
4. Communicate with OES plant to ensure that all resources in applications are utilized efficiently
5. Work with Service team on application/technical trouble-shooting, give feedback to OES plant

Sales and Service Support
1. Explain the technical features of OES products to the sales, partners and customers
2. Produce sales tools by understanding the trends of customer’s needs
3. Document translation, support to trade show and industrial seminar
4. Plan in-house training course, develop new and update existing application notes
5. Train field service engineers on applications、

Customer Contact
1. Promote a positive image of HHA and Customer Support in all forms of communications with customers, whether in person, by telephone or in writing
2. Advice customers on the availability of HHA instrumentation related options, upgrades and service support contracts. Ensure that the customer is kept up to date with latest produce information

Reporting
Submit reports and information on application developments, recurring or potential problems.

任职要求：
Education / Qualifications:
Working experiences in OES disciplines and/or instrumentation industry is preferred, we can consider fresh graduate students with Inorganic materials and chemical analysis experiences, etc.
有OES学科和/或仪器行业工作经验者优先，我们可以考虑有无机材料和化学分析经验的应届研究生。

Professional Skills/ Abilities:
1. PC skills and good working knowledge of content management systems
2. Good written English is a preferred
3. Good office skill is must
