We are currently looking for a Sales Channel Partner Manager for Agilent Technologies, Reagent Partnership Division, within our Diagnostics and Genomics Group.

The Sales Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for the sales of Dako-branded Flow Cytometry products through our channel partners and will be part of our global DxFLOW team, reporting to the global sales lead.

The role requires you to manage and continue to build and develop a highly effective channel partner sales channel. You will be responsible for driving and accelerating sales growth and the execution of our sales strategy in Greater China including involvement and coordination of training, marketing activities and product registrations.

Agilent Reagent Partnership Division sell clinical diagnostics products directly to our customers as well as OEM sales (B2B) to many of the world's largest IVD companies. Our DxFLOW products are sold into labs in the Clinical Flow Cytometry market in Greater China.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Lead, drive, motivate and develop the Greater China Channel Partners to deliver on the strategy and set objectives

• Responsible and accountable for setting, forecasting, and delivering on the overall sales targets with the channel partners in Greater China

• Responsible for 100% channel partner business compliance at all times and all activities related to this.

• Responsible for planning and coordinating major customer facing activities in Greater China with the sales and commercial marketing teams.

• Ensure strong communication and alignment externally and with internal stakeholders to drive the business effectively

• Prospecting for strategic partnerships (contract creation, opportunity seeking, business visits and customer reporting).

• Develop and maintain necessary knowledge of the Clinical Flow Cytometry market in Greater China

• Maintenance of information in SAP CRM according to guidelines.

• In strong collaboration with Global Marketing and Regulatory Affair, support product registrations and help ensure we are meeting regulatory requirements for all of our products

• Coordinate sales and marketing activities with the channel partners and support and drive training, co-visits, and other activities.

Travel:
The majority of travel will be within Greater China with the expectation of a minimum of 30-40% travel per year. International travel to relevant scientific meetings and sales meetings internationally may also be required.

Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of experience within clinical chemistry, pathology, flow cytometry, or other scientific/technical background

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in sales, business, biological sciences, or other related field
至少拥有销售、商业、生物科学或其他相关领域的学士学位
• Experience in sales and solution selling

• Experience in Flow Cytometry would be considered a strong advantage

• Experience working in a complex and highly technical sales environment with long sales cycles
