procedure with an outstanding communication, and are good at teaching, evaluating people and processes. You can

motivate an underperforming employee to shape up without creating unnecessary friction, and make sure that

everyone gets with the program.

Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

· Develop our existing Training program and implement new processes

· Coach and guide new inspectors on inspections processes, leverage upon their technical skills

· Monitor the progress and evaluate new inspectors’ capability

· Communicate with related departments; Training, Front End and Back Office to ensure success in the global

training

· Partner closely with ITL or Managers to identify gaps in the training process and propose effective solutions to

optimize daily challenges

· Build a culture of continuous improvement to drive best practices

任职要求：
Your profile

It could be you, if you have:

· Higher education degree in Engineering or a related field (college or above)

· Have Electric products expertise

· Working experience in quality control (5+ years), including in a training role (2+ years)

· A cooperative and positive attitude to performance management

· A good communication, to the point but detailed enough to pass the right messages

· A good sense of methods and are a well organized person



It also helps if you:

· Have a good command of English (spoken and written)

· Are a people person who likes to interact with others
