职位描述：
In this product specialist sales role, you will be responsible for driving Agilent Technologies' instrumentation systems and solutions into China Biopharma Industry. You will team with Agilent Sales Representative, Biopharma Business Development (BD), Application Engineer (AE), carry quota and be compensated for sales in Biopharma market. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies and tactics to sell instrument-based solutions mainly with Automation, LC, CE, LC/MS and Spectroscopy.
• Biopharma Product Specialist Position Primary Responsibilities:
• Well understand Biopharma market and customer needs, work with sales to provide Agilent solutions to close sales opportunity.
• Well understand instrumentation principle, set selling strategy with sales and Biopharma team to win competition.
• Follow up qualified leads from Sales / Biopharma BD as well as identifies and develops prospects independently.
• Identify and cultivate potential opportunity with existing and new buyers within existing and new accounts.
• Utilize CRM tools for effective funnel management.
• Provide face-to-face selling presence, and internal sales training to improve sales expertise in China Biopharma market.
• Conduct pre-sales sample demos and utilize technical AE resources appropriately.
• Work with marketing team on development and implementation of key marketing programs.
• Communicate with global team for strategy alignment and provide insight from China Biopharma market to SU for opportunity development.


任职条件
• Master’s degree or PhD. in Biology, Molecular Biology or Bio Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of LC and LCMS operation experience for Biopharma application, such as service or application
• Proficient in LC and LCMS technologies, applications and regulations with Biopharma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills in both mandarin and English. Ability to convey Agilent's product solution vision and market strategy to internal and external partners.
• Good teaming/collaboration skills (resource management and team leadership)
• Must have flexibility in working hours and available for more than 50% business travel.
