【英文摘要】 This paper describes the preparation of TiO_(2)porous thin film by sol-gel revolve method.Its performance in crystal structure,surface morphology,absorption spectrum,and electrical characteristics are inspecteded by X-ray,SEM,AFM,and UVSP.It conludes that under the condition of 30% of P25 powder content and hydrothermal annealing 12 hours in 100℃,the TiO_(2)porous thin film prepared exhibits good crystal structure,excellent light absorbance,and electric performance.详细>
