【英文摘要】 Molybdenum trisulfide is first obtained by the fast reaction of ammonium sulfide and ammonium molybdate with ultrasonication and a proper dispersant.Then molybdenum disulfide is prepared under H_(2) from the resulted molybdenum trisulfide.The results of XRD indicate that the obtained MoS_(3) is noncrystalline and MoS_(2) particles are of 2H-MoS_(2) characters.The pictures of AFM show the average size of the resulted maximal MoS_(2) particles is about 70nm.详细>
