【英文摘要】 The study of the mechanical properties of single biomacromolecules has emerged as a new field in which great advances have been made recently due to the developments in single molecular experimental techniques.Here we introduced some measurement techniques based on the atomic force microscopy for compression elasticity of single molecules,and demonstrated the concrete applications and the limitations of these techniques.In addition,the advances in this exciting field were also prospected.详细>
